Dosage
The contents of one vial of reconstituted vaccine should only be administered subcutaneously to cats. Reconstitute immediately before use by adding one vial of Nobivac Vaccine Diluent.
The initial vaccination requires two doses, 3 to 4 weeks apart. The first Nobivak Triket vaccination is given at the age of 8-9 weeks, and the second vaccination at the age of 12 weeks. If earlier vaccination is desirable or necessary, vaccination is advisable from 6 weeks of age, but should follow the usual vaccination schedule at 8-9 and 12 weeks of age.
DOSAGE AND METHOD OF APPLICATION:
Before immunization, vials with the vaccine are resuspended in Nobivac Diluent solvent, then shaken vigorously until the dry mass is completely dissolved.
The syringe is filled with the dissolved vaccine and injected subcutaneously into the animal.
For injections, only sterile syringes and needles are used, and the injection site is pre-treated with 70% ethyl alcohol.
Animals are vaccinated twice with an interval of 3–4 weeks, starting at 8–9 weeks of age.
Cats are revaccinated annually with 1 dose of the drug.
CLINICAL FEATURES OF THE APPLICATION OF NOBIVAC TRIKET TRIO VACCINE
Target species: cats
Indications for use indicating the target type:
- Active immunization of cats - - reduce clinical signs caused by infection with feline calicivirus (FCV) and feline herpes virus type 1 (FHV), to prevent clinical signs, leukopenia and viral excretion caused by infection with feline panleukopenia virus (FPLV).
- Onset of immunity: for FCV and FHV: 4 weeks; for FPLV: 3 weeks. Duration of immunity for FCV and FHV: 1 year, for FPLV: 3 years.
Compound:
The dry live vaccine Nobivak Tricat Trio is obtained from the culture fluid of a continuous FEF cell line infected with attenuated (weakened) strains of viruses.
In 1 ml, the vaccine contains 5.2 lg PFU units of rhinotracheitis virus strain G 2620A, 4.6 lg PFU units of feline calicivirus strain F9 and 4.3 lg TCD50 units of feline panleukopenia virus strain MW-1, as well as stabilizers: hydrolyzed gelatin, sorbitol , pancreatic casein hydrolyzate and buffered potassium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate solution.
Nobivak Diluent solvent is sterile water for injection.
Vaccine injections
Use sterile injection equipment, without traces of disinfectants. Nobivak Triquet Trio vaccination schedule for cats:
- Basic vaccination: Two single vaccinations, 3-4 weeks apart. The first vaccination can be given at 8-9 weeks of age and the second vaccination at 12 weeks of age.
- Revaccination.

Storage conditions
The vaccine does not lose its properties for 2 years, the solvent does not lose its properties for 5 years, if the storage rules have not been violated. After opening and mixing, the drug should be used within half an hour. Storage temperature – 2-8°C.

Vaccination Nobivak Dukat can be carried out one and a half months after the birth of the animal. The procedure is repeated after 3 weeks.
Before use, you need to mix the two components until smooth and warm them in your hands to room temperature. The vaccine is administered using a syringe, intramuscularly or under the skin. The puncture site is treated with alcohol or other antiseptic.
Duration of treatment
Revaccination is carried out once a year.
Adverse reactions
There are no obvious side symptoms. In some cases, the animal's body temperature may rise and swelling may form around the puncture. However, symptoms disappear after 2 days without drug intervention.

Types of Nobivac
- Rabies. The drug contains inactive strains of viruses that prevent the development of rabies in cats.

- BB. Intended for the prevention of bordetellosis. After administration of this drug, cats sometimes experience mucous discharge from the nose and sneezing, which disappears after a few hours. Apply only to absolutely healthy cats.
- Forcat. Along with other preventive properties of the above drugs, this species develops stable immunity to chlamindia.
- Nobivac Diluent. Used as a solvent.
Nobivac Diluent
It is a diluent for preparing a working solution, designed to obtain a normal homogeneous solution.

Nobivac Diluent contains:
- Sodium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate 0.31 mg;
- Potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.21 mg;
- Water for injection up to 1 cm 3.
One bottle of Nobivak Diluent is diluted with dry Nobivak vaccine and shaken. Injected subcutaneously into the pet.

Nobivak Rabies (rabies)
The drug has a yellow-brown color. Often used together with other vaccines.

The drug is intended for vaccination of healthy individuals against rabies. Administration of the drug creates active immune protection for up to 3 years.
It is allowed to be used as a diluent for Nobivak DHPPi, DHP vaccines. The possibility of simultaneous use with Nobivak Lepto (1:1) cannot be ruled out.
Valid for 2 years.
Vaccine Nobivak Triquet trio
It is used to prevent the development of calicivirus, rhinotracheitis and panleukopenia, with the solvent Nobivak Diluent.
The vaccine contains a culture liquid that is infective with pathogens against which the preventive action is directed, with the addition of stabilizers. The shelf life is 33 months.
Nobivac Triquet trio forms immunity to these diseases 10 days after repeated immunization. The prophylactic immunity against rhinotracheitis and calicivirus lasts for a year, against panleukopenia - 3 years.
Instructions for use
The use of the drug on sick animals is prohibited. Not recommended for pregnant and lactating cats.
Previously unvaccinated cats are vaccinated twice with an interval of 28 days. Revaccination is carried out once a year.
1 ml of Nobivak Diluent solvent is injected into the vaccine vial, shaken, and injected subcutaneously.
It is allowed to use Triquet trio simultaneously with Rabies, provided that each of them is administered separately.
Novibak VV
The attenuated vaccine used to prevent feline bordetellosis includes:
- The causative agent is strain B – C 2;
- Stabilizers.
The product is a homogeneous, white, porous suspension.
The vaccine causes the production of special antibodies to the pathogen 3 days after administration. Immunity lasts for a year.
Instructions for use
Before administration, vials with the vaccine are dissolved in Novibak Diluent. Using an intranasal applicator, the drug is carefully injected into the nose.
Vaccination is carried out once, starting at 4 weeks. Revaccination is carried out every year with 1 dose of the product. It is allowed to be used for pregnant and lactating cats.
During the manipulation of the drug, the requirements of asepsis should be adhered to.
It is not recommended to use the vaccine simultaneously with other intranasal drugs and during treatment with antibiotics.

This vaccine was developed to prevent calicivirus, rhinotracheitis, panleukopenia and chlamyndosis in cats. Available in the form of a dry porous tablet and with a solvent for injection Nobivak Diulent.

Diluent looks like a transparent liquid, without a characteristic color or odor, and also has a pH from 7.2 to 7.4. This is a necessary indicator for diluting a dry vaccine, as it allows you to preserve all the beneficial properties of the dry matter.
Preparation and administration of the Nobivak IV vaccine
Before using any type of vaccine, you need to familiarize yourself with the peculiarities of administration and dilution. The vaccine, the purpose of which is to prevent the disease of feline bordetellosis, should not be administered to animals that are clinically ill, as well as weakened and not treated for helminthiases.
Prevention of bordetellosis in cats is carried out starting from 4 weeks of age. The Nobivak IV vaccine is administered intranasally.
Before use, add 0.3 ml of Diluent into a bottle with a dry substance and shake until a homogeneous liquid is obtained. Next, the bottle must be held in your hands for 1 minute. The resulting vaccine is drawn into a syringe through a needle, then the needle is removed and the tip of the syringe is inserted into the nasal passage.
Note! For intranasal administration of the vaccine, manufacturers may add a special applicator. In this case, the diluted dry vaccine is administered to the animal using an applicator.
When vaccinating against feline bordetellosis, it is necessary to firmly hold the pet so that the head is raised up and the mouth is tightly closed. Revaccination against bordetellosis is required after 12 months. The dosage remains the same.
It is recommended to vaccinate all pets that have not previously received vaccinations against bordetellosis and live in the same area. The safety of the Nobivak vaccine has been proven even for use in females during pregnancy and lactation.
It is worth remembering that it is necessary to strictly follow the vaccination schedule. Otherwise, the effectiveness of prevention against bordetellosis may be reduced.
Also, the use of the vaccine with other drugs intended for intranasal administration is prohibited. It is not recommended to carry out preventive vaccination in the period from 10 days before and after antibiotic treatment.

The vaccine against calicivirus, rhinotracheitis, panleukopenia and chlamydia is administered from the age of 9 weeks. Note! After the vaccine is administered, a characteristic small swelling may appear at the injection site. Also, after vaccination, the animal’s body temperature may increase for up to 2 days.
If an urgent need arises, vaccination begins at 6 weeks of age, and revaccination is carried out at 9 and 12 weeks. At the same time, immunization of pregnant, lactating and weakened cats is prohibited.
Rabies vaccination - Nobivak Rabies
